Professor Edward Tay brings a very practical dimension to the subject. His perspectives and sharing about what is encountered on the ground give an additional layer of depth that takes the learning outside of the words that we read. This makes the course that much more valuable. The guests invited by Professor Tay added an invaluable industry perspective from their perspectives - it enabled a sneak peek into the thinking process employed by different personalities who are larger than life in their own paces/ventures. The course contents, and especially Professor Tay, presented what is potentially a complex and confusing area of learning in a comprehensible, consumable, and practical manner. Thank you, SMU, and Professor Edward Tay!
