Designed to reveal the hidden processes that shape our daily choices, this programme offers a thorough grounding in the principles of behavioural decision science. Participants will explore how judgments are formed and how these insights can be harnessed to address complex challenges in business and policy-making.

Learning Objectives
- Grasp the key principles of behavioural decision science and behavioural economics
- Identify common cognitive biases that underpin decision-making and understand their influence on this process
- Learn to apply these concepts to real-world scenarios, encompassing business decision-making, policy design, and personal finance
- Develop skills to design "behaviourally informed" strategies that take into account human biases and heuristics, particularly in the contexts of marketing strategies, managerial decisions, user experiences, policy design, and financial markets

CERTIFICATION
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
