Overview

Learn key digital marketing trends and strategies to craft effective plans, engage audiences, and drive business success in the digital age.

Sales and marketing have rapidly evolved in the last decade. Despite its challenges, new trends and movements offer insights on target audience and online consumerism. More opportunities may lie ahead of the obstacles faced. This module provides an overview of digital marketing trends and strategies that are critical to the success of modern businesses today. Learn how to create marketing plans for digital and ad assets, as well as other key digital marketing know-how.

This module is part of the Advanced Certificate in Competitive Sales and Marketing and is available on a standalone basis*.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)

  • Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
  • Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
  • Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
  • Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
