Overview
Module 5 is targeted at sales and customer service professionals, equipping them with the skills to design and deploy Gen AI-powered tools tailored for sales and customer service functions. Through hands-on exercises and guided instructions, participants will explore the full lifecycle of integrating Gen AI into sales and customer service processes to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and overall service quality.
By the end of the module, participants will gain a solid understanding of how Gen AI can transform sales and customer service practices by referencing the latest International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards and guidelines. They will also have built and customised their own AI applications, aligned with their organisation’s specific needs. Participants will leave with practical skills and a clear understanding of how to deploy Gen AI solutions effectively within sales and customer service departments, alongside with strategies to address potential risks and regulatory considerations.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:
- Understand how Gen AI can enhance sales and customer service functions by improving efficiency, engagement, and responsiveness
- Create and deploy custom AI-powered sales and customer service tools without coding expertise
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to design effective AI applications for sales and customer service scenarios
- Identify and mitigate risks and ethical concerns related to Gen AI in customer-facing roles
- Gain practical knowledge to deploy and scale Gen AI solutions within sales and customer service workflows for maximum impact
Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
