Overview
In this programme, participants will understand the development of muscle control and the vital role it plays in everyday lives. They will also be able to identify good motor control movements, learn various exercises which can be used to improve coordination and incorporate them into their lifestyles.

Learning Objectives
- Understand how the brain controls movement
- Understand what “good movement” looks like at the major joints
- Use various exercises to improve brain function to stabilise joints and reduce injury risk
Topic/Structure
- Learn to check for movement problems in different joints
- Understand how the brain controls movement
- Learn to teach muscle control using exercise
- Improve muscle control through brain exercises
- Understand brain development affects movement
- Restore faulty movement from infancy

CERTIFICATION
Upon meeting the attendance and assessment criteria, participants will be awarded a digital certificate for participating in each module. Please refer to our course policies to view the attendance and assessment criteria.
Upon completion of all modules required for this programme within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital certificate.
NROC members can earn up to 10 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours after completing all 6 modules of Certificate in Exercise Science Programme.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
