Overview
This course offers a strategic and hands-on exploration of how AI can drive innovation within modern organisations. It starts with a solid foundation in AI - its evolution, key technologies, core competencies, and real-world impact, setting the stage for more advanced applications. Participants will then explore how AI is transforming industries, examining real-world case studies and engaging in discussions that reveal the practical value of AI skills in today’s job market.
The core of the course focuses on AI-intrapreneurship, empowering participants to lead innovation from within existing companies. Through frameworks, tools, and strategies, participants learn to overcome implementation challenges, manage AI initiatives, and align technological solutions with business goals. Finally, participants bring their learning to life by designing a real-world AI driven solution.
The course equips future intrapreneurs and innovators with the mindset, knowledge, and tools to drive meaningful change through AI within corporate environments.
