- a Bachelor's Degree or
- Diploma with at least 3 years working experience
Overview
The module focuses on machine learning, deep learning and machine reasoning. At the end of the course, participants will learn:
- practical examples of AI in accounting, tax and auditing services
- understand the implication of AI to management accounting and auditing
- learn how to harness the power of AI to transform accounting services
- appreciate the Robotics Process Automation and its adoption in industries
- understand shared finance services that can benefit from RPA
- demonstrate understanding of the pre-requisites and factors for consideration and the various tools needed for AI and Robotics services.
Learning Objectives
- Explain how to harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform accountants’ services
- Understand the range of shared finance services that can benefit from Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
- Describe the pre-requisites and factors for consideration for RPA and AI implementation
Participants will be able to earn 14 CPD Points awarded by CPA Australia when they attend this module.
Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
