As a core council member and China representative of ASEE, Edtech Plus bridges talent development and resource connectivity between China and Singapore. In partnership with the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee and Alibaba, Edtech Plus supports bilateral trade, business networking, and resource matching, fostering deeper collaboration for enterprises and professionals.
In 2023, Edtech Plus established its China branch, leveraging ASEE’s platform to deliver customized training and study tours for governments, educational institutions, and enterprises in China and Singapore. Focusing on digitalisation, the green economy, and international expansion, these programs drive high-level engagement, effective learning, and global business growth.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
