Overview
In this course, participants will learn to harness the latest AI development tools — such as v0, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf – to code and facilitate rapid app development. They will learn to craft effective prompts, integrate AI-generated code with industry-standard frameworks, and seamlessly deploy live web apps.
While exploring these innovative tools, participants will also gain valuable insights into effective prompting techniques for ideation and prototyping, debugging workflows, and learn best practices to avoid common pitfalls in AI-assisted coding. By gaining proficiency in these innovative tools and methodologies, learners will be able to leverage the potential of AI in modern web development.
This module is part of a sequential programme and is not available on a standalone basis.
Learning Objectives
- At the end of the 2-day course, participants will be able to:
- Leverage Artificial intelligence (AI) tools to generate efficient code for both front-end and back-end web application development
- Craft prompts to guide AI tools in producing functional web applications and components
- Integrate AI-generated code with traditional development frameworks
- Explain advantages and pitfalls of working with AI-assisted coding tools

Upon completion of all modules required for this programme within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital certificate.

SkillsFuture Credit

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
