Overview
Notably, recent scientific research has increasingly emphasised the crucial roles of food and nutrition in preventing and managing mental illnesses. Find out how your diet plays a role in psychological health.
In this module, learn the concepts of mental wellness and its relationship with the nervous system. Examine the impacts of food, nutrition, and diet on the onset and severity of mental illnesses. By the end of the programme, learners will be tasked with creating dietary care plans to promote mental wellness for specific groups of people.
This module is available on a standalone basis.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
