For self-sponsored participants:
You will receive a payment notification email titled “Payment details for your SMU Academy course” less than 60 days, and again at least 10 days, before the course commencement date. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete your payment in order to confirm your course enrolment.
The payment link will only be sent if your registered course falls within 60 days of the course start date. This allows participants to immediately apply their SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to fund their course fees.

Alternatively, you may log in to your Student Portal and select Payment > Outstanding Payment to make your payment.
For employer-sponsored participants:
The invoice is generated on the day of course commencement. Your organisation’s billing Point of Contact (POC) will be able to view and download the invoice via the Client Portal from that day onwards.
To expedite the payment process and avoid any inconvenience, we highly recommend that clients make payments via Credit Card or PayNow through the Client Portal. This helps streamline the process of matching payments with invoices, thereby reducing delays in issuing receipts and certificates.
