What happens if the course I enrolled in is cancelled/ postponed?

SMU Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any programme due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a programme is cancelled or postponed, you will be notified via email.

• If a course is cancelled, SMU Academy will cancel the participant's enrolment and refund the nett course fee received. 
• If a course is postponed, SMU Academy will transfer the participant's enrolment to the rescheduled dates. If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled course, SMU Academy will withdraw the participant's enrolment and refund the nett course fee received.
