Who Should Attend
This programme is best suited to marketing professionals with a sound understanding of marketing principles and practices. The programme is specifically designed for those seeking a deeper understanding of how to harness the digital revolution and the opportunities emerging marketing channels will bring to their organisations or clients. Established marketing executives will be able to update their knowledge of the current marketing landscape, while aspiring marketers will be able to develop a strategic perspective on how to use the various marketing elements to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs.

There are no prerequisites for this programme. Prior knowledge on any of the topics is not required.
Overview
This module aims to introduce participants to the topic of customer-centric innovation. It will discuss the intricacies of innovation, and the challenges faced by managers in this area for the purpose of understanding how innovation can be fostered. Active participation in this course will provide participants with the opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience in the application of related Design Thinking tools and approaches. In addition, this module will help participants to further develop skills in communicating ideas, making recommendations, or delivering solutions. The module encourages participants to think differently so that they can become active leaders in generating positive change through innovation.

Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
