2 Full Days (Weekday)
Who Should Attend
Individuals who are keen to understand how AI can enhance iterative delivery, feedback cycles, and adaptive planning — without replacing human judgement.
PREREQUISITES
There are no prerequisites for this programme. Prior knowledge on any of the topics is not required.
Overview
AI is increasingly embedded in organisational workflows, influencing how information is analysed, decisions are made, and services are delivered. While AI technologies can process data and generate insights at unprecedented speed, their effectiveness ultimately depends on how professionals apply judgement, experimentation, and collaborative problem solving.
This 2-day AI course introduces AI-Augmented Agile Delivery, combining Generative AI (GenAI), Agile principles, and prompt engineering to enhance how work is planned, executed, and improved. Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for human expertise, the course focuses on how professionals can collaborate with AI to improve decision-making, accelerate experimentation, and enhance value delivery.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the 2-day course, participants will be able to:
Apply Agile principles and frameworks such as experimentation, feedback loops, and iterative improvement when working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Generative AI (GenAI)-enabled workflows
Develop effective prompts using prompt engineering techniques to generate actionable insights
Use AI tools to support analysis, planning, and problem solving in professional settings
Design small-scale Agile experiments to explore AI-enabled improvements in organisational workflows

The course is aligned to the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) Certified Professional – Foundations of Artificial Intelligence (ICP-FAI), offering participants a globally recognised Agile AI certification.
Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by SMU Academy.
