There are no prerequisites for this programme. Prior knowledge on any of the topics is not required.
Overview
This two-day course introduces AI-Augmented Agile Delivery, a practical approach that integrates AI capabilities with Agile principles to enhance how work is planned, executed, and improved. Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for human expertise, the course focuses on how professionals can collaborate intelligently with AI technologies to improve decision-making, accelerate experimentation, and enhance value delivery.
Participants will work directly with AI tools to explore real workplace scenarios, develop effective prompts, and design small-scale Agile experiments that demonstrate how AI can support operational and strategic work.
The course is aligned to International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile)'s Foundations of Artificial Intelligence (ICP-FAI) certification.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the 2-day course, participants will be able to:
- Apply Agile principles such as experimentation, feedback loops, and iterative improvement when working with Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled tools
- Develop effective prompts that enable AI systems to generate relevant and actionable insights
- Use AI tools to support analysis, planning, and problem solving in professional settings
- Design small-scale Agile experiments to explore AI-enabled improvements in organisational workflows

Session 2: AI Opportunities and Risks – Making Responsible AI Decisions
Session 3 : Agile Values and Principles for AI Adoption
Session 4: Prompt Engineering for Agile Teams
Session 5: The Agile Advantage in the Age of AI
Session 6: Creating Business Value with AI
Day 2:
Session 7: Agentic AI and the Future of Agile Teams
Session 8: Capstone Experience: Transforming Ideas into Customer Value through AI and Agility
Participants will work hands-on with AI tools to explore real workplace scenarios, develop effective prompts, and design small-scale Agile experiments that demonstrate how AI can support operational and strategic work.
The course is aligned to the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile)'s Foundations of Artificial Intelligence (ICP-FAI) certification, offering participants a globally recognised Agile AI certification.
Assessment
As part of the requirement for Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion.

SkillsFuture Credit
Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
