Overview
In this module, participants will learn a series of techniques to relieve pain and have more mobility during exercises.

Learning Objectives
- Learn to assess injury risks and joint health
- Learn to check for root causes of problems causing pain and discomfort such as posture and muscles for joint stabilisation
- Learn how to manage chronic pain using multiple self-treatment methods such as
- Weak muscles training techniques affecting shoulder, knees and back
- Acupressure techniques to activate muscles and improvement of flexibility
- Learn about daily habits affecting posture and chronic pain

- Test posture to assess injury risk
- Test muscles to assess joint health
- How to activate muscles to protect joints
- Train weaker muscles that affect the shoulder, knee and back health
- Align the body to allow ideal muscle control
- Learn acupressure techniques to activate muscles and improve flexibility
- Manage chronic pain using multiple self-treatment methods
- Identify habits that affect posture and chronic pain
Assessment

CERTIFICATION
Upon meeting the attendance and assessment criteria, participants will be awarded a digital certificate for participating in each module. Please refer to our course policies to view the attendance and assessment criteria.
Upon completion of all modules required for this programme within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital certificate.
NROC members can earn up to 10 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours after completing all 6 modules of Certificate in Exercise Science Programme.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
