Overview
In this course, participants will learn how to differentiate the myths from the facts by understanding how body converts food to energy as well as the importance of having a healthy metabolism. They will also understand the pros and cons of each diet type and how to build the right diet plan to support their exercise goals and overall health.

CERTIFICATION
Upon meeting the attendance and assessment criteria, participants will be awarded a digital certificate for participating in each module. Please refer to our course policies to view the attendance and assessment criteria.
Upon completion of all modules required for this programme within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital certificate.
NROC members can earn up to 10 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours after completing all 6 modules of Certificate in Exercise Science Programme.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
