Overview
In this course, participants will learn how to identify the various sources of stress in their lives and how it affects different systems of the body. With scientific and practical methods, participants will also learn how to build a stress management plan that aligns to their lifestyles and schedules.

- The importance of metabolism and how it affects health
- The importance of the digestive tract and how it affects health
- Learn breathing techniques to manage stress and boost metabolism
- Learn breathing techniques to improve endurance and aerobic capacity
- Learn to lower stress hormones naturally
- Improve sleep quality using natural methods
- How to use food choices and meal timing to boost health management

CERTIFICATION
Upon meeting the attendance and assessment criteria, participants will be awarded a digital certificate for participating in each module. Please refer to our course policies to view the attendance and assessment criteria.
Upon completion of all modules required for this programme within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital certificate.
NROC members can earn up to 10 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours after completing all 6 modules of Certificate in Exercise Science Programme.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
