Overview
This module provides participants with a basic understanding in the use of portfolio management as a tool to obtain average long term return. Participants can benefit from this effective tool to create an all-rounded portfolio balancing risk and return using many common strategies used in the financial markets.
Learning Objectives
- Understand the key elements of portfolio funds: allocation, diversification and rebalancing
- Distinguish between the different styles/ types of portfolio funds in existence in today’s markets
- Understand and recognise the basic components of return/ risk metrics for portfolio performance and the idea of an efficient frontier

Assessment
An assessment will be conducted at the end of each module.

Upon completion of all modules required for this programme within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital certificate.
