What do lenders look out for when assessing the credit worthiness of borrowers and making their lending decisions? What is the possibility of the client defaulting on a loan or being unable to meet contractual obligations?

This module adopts a structured approach in credit evaluation of corporate clients. Participants will learn how to verify key documentation needed for credit assessment, apply credit risk analysis techniques and credit ratings to assess credit worthiness, and gain hands-on practice in financial analysis and construction of financial forecasts to support credit lending decisions.
