Overview
As organisations accelerate their adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), the Human Resources (HR) function stands at the forefront of workplace and workforce transformation. HR professionals who understand how to harness AI in HR will be better positioned to drive meaningful business outcomes and deliver superior talent experiences.
This hands-on GenAI course provides HR practitioners with a comprehensive and practical exploration of how Generative AI can be applied across the employee lifecycle, culminating in an optimal "Talent Experience" that drives stronger business outcomes. Participants will explore the evolving HR technology landscape, master the fundamentals of prompt engineering, and gain direct experience with the latest AI-powered solutions.
Beyond tools and techniques, the course equips participants to lead the strategic dimension of HR digital transformation. Participants will examine organisational change implications, identify emerging workforce trends, and build a future-proof people function ready for an AI-augmented world.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the 2-day course, participants will be able to:
- Recognise the importance and necessity of digital transformation of the Human Resource (HR) function
- Identify emerging business and talent trends that are driving the acceleration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption in HR
- Learn about the latest tools and technologies across the HR technology stack that are reshaping Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM)
- Master the steps to deploying Generative AI (GenAI) in HR, including prompt engineering
- Delve into the best practices and challenges of implementing AI-powered HR technology solutions effectively
- Identify emerging HR skills and roles to manage a future-proof workplace and workforce
Assessment
As part of the requirement for Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
