Overview
Coaching is an effective tool to develop talent. Good leaders believe in the value of coaching as coaching can significantly enhance employees' problem-solving skills as well as empower managers, business owners and corporate leaders to be guided in considering alternative/additional perspectives in resolving challenges at work. With the right coaching knowledge and skills, leaders can also start to connect and build strong relationships with their teams, keeping them engaged and motivated. Many organizations also look to coaching to improve an individual's performance on the job. When done right with qualified and appropriate coaching, businesses will be able to enhance their performance and increase their stakeholders’ satisfaction. Increasingly, coaching is seen as a must have skill, and not just "good-to-have", when organizations and individuals take a serious view on competence and growth.
