PREREQUISITES
There are no formal prerequisites for enrolment in this programme. As this programme is conducted in English, participants should be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
Overview
Typically, ROIs in learning measures the financial value generated by training programs in relation to their costs, focusing on tangible outcomes such as productivity, revenue, and retention, even though many benefits like improved morale or innovation are harder to quantify.
In Singapore, organisations, especially Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), face challenges in optimising and measuring ROI due to difficulty isolating training impact from other factors, measuring intangible gains, capturing long term effects, and managing weak or inconsistent data systems. This course clarifies the need for quantitative and qualitative metrics, strong baseline data, aligning learning initiatives with business priorities, and leveraging on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) for data collection and analysis.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the 2-day course, participants will be able to:
- Optimise human capital investment
- Leverage and apply Return-of-Investment (ROI) Playbook through frameworks, roadmaps and tools to enhance learning and transference to business growth and innovation
