This capstone-oriented course examines how organisations scale AI initiatives from pilot experimentation to enterprise-wide impact in support of climate adaptation. The module also considers risk management and organisational alignment to ensure AI initiatives deliver both sustainability and business outcomes.
Drawing on digital transformation frameworks, the module connects AI scaling with climate strategy, enabling organisations to generate measurable impact across operations, resilience, and performance. Participants will synthesise programme insights into actionable roadmaps that support scaling AI initiatives effectively.

- Use structured scaling frameworks to maximise value across different stages of AI deployment
- Evaluate the interaction between human and machine capabilities, and its impact on operational effectiveness
