Stephen Chang makes all the difference in this course. He is very personal, authentic, and clear in his delivery and the way he conducts the course. I truly enjoyed his sharing of experience and the Exchange with my coursemates. There is much wisdom from what I learned and take away from. Highly recommend having Stephen Chang as anyone's coach and lecturer.

The lecturer has actually explained and brought greater clarity to many areas like developing a strategy, the importance of the governance model and the risks of not having a system in place.
