All requests must be submitted by the course end date, otherwise nett course fee will be charged and non-refundable. 

SMU Academy applies an administrative charge of S$109.00 (inclusive of GST) for each request to transfer to a course. This administrative fee cannot be paid using SkillsFuture credits.

Waivers of administrative charges are subjected to approval under the following conditions:

• Medical grounds
• Compassionate grounds
• NS Reservist
   

Relevant documents (e.g. medical certificate, SAF100) must be submitted via email to support any waiver request.
