Although it was a short course, it was well packaged and focused to equip the students with basic but effective trading techniques. The case studies used in class, facilitated better understanding on how to apply the trading techniques. Most importantly, the post-course support provided continuous guidance to help the students through their learning journey.

I had only basic knowledge of TA before attending the course, knowing simple indicators like moving averages, RSI, and basic candlesticks. The course gave me a good introduction to the technical analysis techniques and guidance on how to use them. You have shown us some simple but useful trading techniques to guide us on when to enter the market and when to exit on taking profit or cutting loss. The last part of risk/reward management is a good reminder to manage our risk so as to maximize our profit and limit our loss. I can see you put a lot of effort in preparing the course material and I am appreciative that you provided as much information as you can over the 2 nights and 1 day. Perhaps it may be better if the course duration is longer to spread out the learning so that there can be more hands-on exercise in class :-)

Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with us.
Sock Cheng
I have attended this Technical Analysis course conducted by Adrian in SMU and is satisfied with how the course was carried out. The course is focused and has touched on a wide range of basic TA strategies. What I like about this course is its hands-on approach when it comes to the application of the strategies as it is required by the attendees to download and register OANDA's dummy trading account. Students are shown historical case studies and will be applying the taught techniques based on real-time chart movements. Adrian's course content and methodology are very down to earth and realistic, which imparts the type of discipline and commitment involved when it comes to trading. I would say this is a very good starter pack for people who want to learn trading, as this course expose the learner to many different types of trading techniques and indicators.

I have personally attended a few trading workshops but your class is so much more valuable in terms of content, sharing, approachability as a teacher and openness about your past successful and failed experiences. Thank you Adrian. God bless you.
