Weekdays (9am - 5pm)
Who Should Attend
Key staff in SMEs leading change for business transformation
Overview
The Lead module offers a fresh approach that trains participants to capitalise on the two most essential assets a leader has:
1) Leadership talents and strengths
2) Talents and strengths of the people who comprise the organisation
It addresses core issues related to talent management through scientific methods of talent profiling, nurturing and thereby ensuring performance and retention. The takeaways from this module help learners to create and sustain high-impact leadership within their organisations.
Using proven Talent Plus® science and methodology as the foundation, the programme continues with the Construct module. The module trains you to spot, place, develop and retain top talent and identify the natural gifts of team members to make the most of their strengths for individual and organisational success. Competencies can be taught; talent is innate and the greater the investment in developing its full potential, the further an organisation’s leaders can accelerate positive business outcomes.
Talent Plus is the Leading Talent Assessment Partner for organisations focused on delivering incredible customer services. Their science provides highly validated recommendations and insights into how companies can best leverage the talents of their pipeline to make the best selection decisions, ultimately driving outcomes including growth in customer satisfaction, increased productivity, reduction in turnover, strengthened employee engagement, sustained excellence and improved profitability.
