Financial assessment is a key and integral part of a restructuring and insolvency practice. This module will equip participants with the knowledge and skills that are required to perform such financial assessment. The topics to be covered combine a range of legal, finance and accounting concepts. These topics include the types of insolvency tests, financial ratios, financial sustainability, and forecasting and analysis.
