Overview

The one thing that all highly successful startups, SME’s and multi-national company have in common is a winning company culture. A winning culture attracts and retains top talent, boosts employee morale and engagement, drives creativity and innovation, delivers happy and loyal customers, and contributes significantly to the company’s bottom line. It also enables an organisation to be resilient and adapt quickly to market changes.

However, most companies have weak cultures as is evident in the reviews that employees leave on company review sites like Glassdoor. Creating a winning culture is not easy. You need a clear strategic vision, a process to guide you and a robust culture communication strategy that gets buy-in from all your stakeholders.

This unique and transformational module empowers you with deep knowledge, insider secrets and essential skills you need to build the foundations for a winning corporate culture. You will learn a novel culture transformation process that fast tracks the creation of a winning company culture and how to effectively communicate and live your culture every day. You also learn how to identify and address any toxic culture issues early, before they become endemic and cripple a company.

This is the 3rd module I attended that is conducted by Ashok. Consistently in all the three classes, Ashok is a charismatic presenter who actively engages with the attendees throughout the class. He is able to hold the interest of the students and inspires enthusiasm. His slides are interesting pictorials and well-organised in structure and content. The concepts he delivered are useful and thought-provoking for both work and personal online content development.
Kim Mary Soo
