Overview
ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and climate change feature among the top three board priorities, according to the 2023 survey of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). As ESG takes centre-stage within the board agenda, HR leaders will be called upon to play a pivotal role in shaping the enterprise sustainability strategy.
