Overview
Using the ‘Journey of an Idea’ framework, participants will learn how to go all the way from concept to reality through the practical application of an actual case scenario, picking up valuable Enablers, Concepts, Processes and Tools along the way. Using this approach allows us to take a holistic, end-to-end view of innovation for maximum business and customer outcomes.
Learning Objectives
- Understand the critical importance of Good Process in the successful realisation of innovation.
- Appreciate that making innovation work requires a well-designed organisational system and operating model to effectively create and capture and deliver value
- Apply end-to-end work streams whose function and performance align directly to the business strategy
- Re-design key business processes from beginning to end through stakeholder engagement, employee involvement, robust analysis, inclusive ideation and rapid experimentation.
- Learn how Lean Thinking and Agile principles can be used to design and implement effective innovation processes

Assessment
An assessment will be conducted at the end of the course.
CERTIFICATION
Upon meeting the attendance and assessment criteria, participants will be awarded a digital certificate for participating in each module. Please refer to our course policies to view the attendance and assessment criteria.
Upon completion of all modules required for this programme within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital certificate.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
