Overview
This programme is developed for participants to be equipped with the relevant skills and knowledge to encapsulate what it takes to be a marketer in this new era. Through a mix of guided exercises, experience-sharing and paired negotiation work, participants will also receive first-hand guidance on how they can increase their closing rates as better deal makers through the application of the latest techniques in negotiation, social psychology in setting the stage and most importantly, closing.

Topic/Structure
This programme can be taken on a standalone basis*. However, to achieve the Advanced Certificate in Competitive Sales and Marketing, participants need to complete the following modules offered by SMU Academy:

Module 2: Fundamentals of Account Based Marketing & Social Selling - Platform & Audience Engagement
Module 3: Marketing & Sales to the Chinese Consumer - Strategies & Techniques for Effective Selling
Module 4: Future of Brand Experience - Driving Revenue and Increasing Brand Equity through Sensory Marketing
Module 5: The Art of Closing - Effective Tactics and Strategies to Getting a Yes *
Module 6: The Future of Sales - New Strategies to Create Predictable Revenue *

CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of all 6 modules within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital Advanced Certificate in Competitive Sales and Marketing.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
