Topic/Structure
To achieve the Advanced Certificate in Service Leadership & Innovation, participants will need to complete any 6 of the following modules, or any 5 of the following modules and any 1 module under the Advanced Certificate in Service Strategy & Management offered by SMU Academy:

Employee Engagement & Change Management: Building an Agile Customer Centric Culture
Essential Thinking : Adopting A Growth Mindset for Critical Thinking and Problem Solving in the Digital Age
Design Thinking - Designing a Competitive Customer Experience
Business Processes - Service Excellence in Operations Strategy
Data Analytics: Harnessing Data For Quality Service Delivery, Value Enhancement & Outcomes
Design Thinking: Prototyping for Digital Experiences
*The modules need not be taken in sequential order and can be taken in separate cohorts.
This course is also a part of the Advanced Diploma in Service Excellence.
Assessment
An assessment will be administered at the end of the 6th module.
CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of all 6 modules within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital Advanced Certificate in Service Leadership & Innovation.
Completion of both the Advanced Certificate in Service Leadership & Innovation and Advanced Certificate in Service Strategy & Management (ACSSM) will lead to the award of the Advanced Diploma in Service Excellence.

Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding.
This is only applicable to self-sponsored participants. Application to utilise SkillsFuture Credits can be submitted when making payment for the course via the SMU Academy TMS Portal, and can only be made within 60 days of course start date.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
