Learning Objectives
The Industry Graduate Diploma in Digital Health aims to provide healthcare professionals with an integrated view on how technology and analytics are transforming healthcare services. At the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Gain insights into Singapore’s healthcare systems, the players/ stakeholders involved, as well as how healthcare is funded and regulated in Singapore.
- Acquire an appreciation of the digital innovations that are disrupting global healthcare.
- Perform data analysis to generate insights across functional areas such as patient care and experience and human capital management practices in healthcare.
- Assess the risks involved in the deployment of digital health solutions.
These objectives/outcomes are designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge of Singapore’s healthcare system and structure, as well as how technology and digital health innovations are impacting healthcare delivery and management.

This Industry Graduate Diploma in Digital Health comprises the following modules:

CAPSTONE PROJECT
Healthcare is a complex sector and theoretical learning must be supplemented with rigorous and deep analysis into a healthcare issue. Participants will be assigned a project/ topic to work on in groups. They will be supervised by the Programme Director and an industry practitioner mentor for this project. In addition to training hours, participants have to devote between 12 to 15 days to undertake this capstone project. This project will commence in Module 1 and end in Module 4 Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Management and Leadership Module 4: Future of Healthcare and Action Learning .
- The project deliverable will be a final report of between 7,000 to 8,000 words (not including references) and a presentation to the programme director and invited guest experts on the last day of Module 4 of . The report will constitute 40% of the final grade and the presentation 15%.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
