Overview
The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is a Train-and-Place initiative by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) designed to strengthen the national workforce. It equips mid-career professionals with emerging, industry-relevant skills while helping organisations to hire individuals with skill sets that match their needs.
At SMU Academy, we offer part-time SCTP certification programmes across diverse fields, from Sustainability to Artificial Intelligence. In conjunction with SMU Academy's employment facilitation and career advisory support, we equip participants with job search strategies and tools to navigate the job market and secure meaningful employment.

(SCTP) Advanced Certificate in iOS Application Development with Swift Programming

These individuals not only possess up-to-date, industry-specific skills but also embody a commitment to continuous learning and growth. Tap into our pool of experienced hires today for full-time roles, contract roles, attachments, traineeships or internships.
Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of every module. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment for every module in order to be eligible for programme funding and to be awarded the certificate issued by Singapore Management University.
In the event that a participant fails an assessment, only 1 retake is allowed. This is chargeable at $109.00 (to be completed within 7 calendar days from the course end date).
Trainees who are unable to meet the attendance and assessment requirements, or exit the programme without a valid reason, may be asked to return the programme funding that they have received, including any additional course fee funding support.
